About the Role

Reporting to the Site Manager, you will work on the frontlines of the Remote Australia Employment Service (RAES) program. You will empower Yolŋu and local First Nations participants by resolving personal barriers, obtaining key ID, co-designing tailored employment pathways, and delivering post-placement support.

Key Responsibilities

- Case Management & Goal Setting: Deliver individualized support, assist participants with personal ID, and co-design realistic goals to guide their employment journey.

- Barrier Resolution: Work side-by-side with participants to identify employment roadblocks and implement practical, hands-on solutions.

- System & Site Admin: Manage ECSN/ESS database entries, maintain staff rosters, handle site logistics, and compile accurate weekly/monthly performance metrics.

- Post-Placement Support: Provide ongoing guidance to candidates transitioning into local jobs to ensure long-term retention.





- Cultural Integration & Safety: Embed deep respect for local cultural practices and family structures into every daily decision while championing workplace safety.

What You Will Bring

- Sector Experience: Solid background as an Employment Consultant, Case Manager, Activity Coordinator, or Site Manager within RAES or CDP frameworks.

- Cultural Capability: Proven experience living or working in remote Indigenous communities with strong cross-cultural communication skills.

- Systems Literacy: Competence using employment service software (ECSN/ESS) and the Microsoft Office Suite.

- Resilience & Travel Readiness: Willingness to travel via light aircraft or unsealed roads and thrive in isolated community environments.
