What We're Looking For

- Qualifications: Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or higher).

- Leadership Experience: 2+ years of experience leading a team as a Centre Director in an early childhood setting.

- Essential Checks: Valid Working with Children Check, current First Aid Certificate, completed Geccko training, and a recent Police Check.

- Pedagogical Knowledge: A strong understanding of the EYLF and NQS to help guide quality practices and outstanding outcomes for children.

- People-First Approach: A passion for guiding, mentoring, and lifting up a diverse team of educators, trainees, and staff while building warm relationships with local families.
