Due to continued growth, we are seeking a motivated Dogging Trainer & Assessor to join our team in Perth on a contractor basis.

About the role

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering training and conducting assessments for the following nationally recognised unit:

- CPCCLDG3001 – Licence to Perform Dogging

You will be responsible for delivering engaging, compliant, and practical training, supporting students through their learning, and ensuring assessment is completed in line with regulatory and organisational requirements.

Key responsibilities

- Deliver high-quality training and assessment for dogging courses

- Assess learner competency in accordance with training package and regulatory requirements

- Maintain accurate training and assessment records

- Ensure compliance with RTO standards, policies, and procedures

- Provide students with support, guidance, and constructive feedback

- Maintain current industry knowledge and vocational competency

- Promote a positive learning environment that supports student success

What we are looking for

To be successful in this role, you will have:





- Demonstrated experience delivering and/or assessing dogging training

- Relevant vocational competency in CPCCLDG3001 – License to perform dogging

- Current TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent/required successor credential

- Strong industry currency and relevant recent industry experience

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- A skilled and student-focused approach

- Strong organisational and recordkeeping skills

Desirable

- WorkSafe WA Assessor Accreditation

- Experience working within a Registered Training Organisation
