Immediate Start | 12 Month Contract (Potential to Go Permanent) | Flexible
Boutique are currently partnering with our client, an international property group with a strong local presence in Parramatta, to find a Team Administrator for their growing agency team. It's a 12-month contract, with genuine potential to move into a permanent role as the team continues to expand.

Working closely with Directors and Sales Agents, you'll be central to keeping the agency running smoothly, contributing directly to how efficiently the wider team operates day to day.

This position suits someone who thrives in a busy, people-focused setting and takes real satisfaction in doing the small things well. You'll build genuine relationships with stakeholders, play a hands-on part in the team's success, and join a business recognised globally for its polish and client-first approach.

The Role

- Delivering senior-level administrative and PA support across the agency team.
- Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and staying on top of email correspondence.
- Keeping internal databases up to date and tracking enquiry activity for reporting purposes.
- Putting together reports, submissions, presentations and marketing materials.
- Building HTML e-brochures,

running direct mail campaigns, and handling client enquiries.
- Handling monthly invoicing and marketing expense processing, with a working knowledge of trust account basics.
- Helping the Director manage daily priorities and administrative needs.
- Pitching in with the wider admin team and picking up ad hoc projects as they come up.

What You'll Bring
- Background in an admin or PA role, ideally with some real estate exposure.
- Sharp organisational skills and comfort juggling multiple priorities at once.
- Solid grasp of administrative workflows and a genuine drive to do things properly.
- A self-starter attitude — someone who spots what's needed before being asked and picks up new systems quickly.
- Familiarity with InDesign and a knack for polished marketing materials (highly regarded, not essential).
- A sharp eye for detail and a high bar for accuracy.
- Confident, advanced user of the Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong time management, with the ability to juggle competing deadlines calmly.
- Resilience and adaptability to keep performing well under pressure in a fast-moving setting.
