GWG Recruitment is partnering with a well-established Australian organisation to recruit multiple experienced Business Analysts to join their team on 12-month fixed-term contracts.

Working across a range of business and technology projects, these roles will have a strong focus on investigation, requirements gathering, scoping and project documentation.

About the Role

You will work across various business units to understand requirements, investigate business needs and develop clear documentation to support upcoming projects and initiatives.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Conducting investigation and analysis of business requirements
- Developing project briefs, scopes and requirements documentation
- Gathering and documenting business and functional requirements
- Mapping current and future-state processes
- Supporting the development of business cases and other project documentation
- Identifying risks, gaps and dependencies
- Ensuring project requirements are clearly understood and documented

About You

We’re looking for experienced Business Analysts with strong documentation and analysis skills.

You will bring:

- 3+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills




- Experience writing project briefs, scopes and business requirements
- Robust process mapping and analytical capability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience within FMCG, manufacturing or pharmaceuticals is essential

The Opportunity

There are multiple Business Analyst positions available within the same organisation, offering the opportunity to join a large project environment with a strong pipeline of upcoming initiatives.

These are initial 12-month fixed-term positions with potential for extension, based on the Central Coast, NSW, with an expectation of three days per week onsite.
