Job Title: Interim Procurement Specialist (Contract Carve-Out)

Location: Brisbane North Surburb

Duration: 3 Months (Could be more)

Pay Rate: $88/hr to $89/hr + super

We are seeking 3 experienced Interim Procurement Managers to assist with a major corporate carve-out and transition assignment. Working alongside an established advisory framework, you will be responsible for reviewing legacy parent-company contracts, untangling supplier dependencies, executing novations, and standing up independent vendor agreements at pace.

Target Spend Categories Required

We are specifically seeking interim specialists with solid indirect procurement expertise across one or more of the following streams:

- Logistics, Freight & 3PL: Warehousing networks, freight optimization, inventory management, supply chain demand planning, and 3PL contracts.

- Travel & Expense (T&E;) / Expense Management: Travel management company (TMC) setups, corporate card frameworks, expense policy/supplier ecosystems,



and operational T&E; procurement.

- Professional & Corporate Services: Legal panels, consultancy agreements, HR/recruitment sourcing, insurance, and facilities management.

Key Requirements & Responsibilities

- Contract Disentanglement: Ability to review legacy parent-company agreements, separate pricing/service obligations, and establish standalone terms.

- High-Volume Execution: Proven experience executing contract novations, variations, and new vendor setups under tight project timelines.

- Commercial Contracting: Strong legal/commercial literacy (managing terms, variations, terminations, and risk alignment).

- Immediate Availability: Hands-on operational capability available to commence immediately.

- Australian Citizenship required
