About the role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development & Revenue Manager to drive performance across accommodation revenue, group business, corporate accounts, events and online distribution. This is a hands-on commercial role suited to someone who understands hotel revenue management and also enjoys sales, business development and client relationships.

Key responsibilities

- Monitor occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, pace and demand; recommend pricing and yielding actions

- Manage group enquiries end-to-end; prepare quotes, proposals and contracts; convert leads

- Identify and grow corporate, group, leisure and event business; maintain key account relationships

- Generate and convert event enquiries; site inspections; coordinate the handover of confirmed business to operations

- Maintain rates, availability, content and parity across Booking.com, Expedia and all channels

- Improve visibility, ranking, conversion and direct-booking performance

- Prepare revenue, sales, group and commercial performance reports

About you

- Experience in hotel revenue, sales, reservations, groups or events

- Strong understanding of ADR, RevPAR, pricing, yielding and pace





- Confident negotiating group and corporate rates

- Experience with PMS, channel managers and OTA extranets

- Strong communication, relationship-building and sales skills

- Analytical, detail-focused and commercially minded

- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced hotel environment
