Your new role:

As Administration Manager, you will lead the delivery of high-quality administrative services across the Specialist Outpatient Department and Medical Typing team. You will manage staff, workflows, systems and performance while partnering with clinical and operational leaders to improve efficiency, data integrity and patient-focused service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and develop administrative teams, fostering a supportive and high-performing workplace.
- Manage workloads, staffing, systems and processes to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Drive quality improvement, data integrity, compliance and innovative administrative solutions.
- Partner with managers and clinical teams on workforce, revenue, reporting and operational priorities.

You are an experienced administration leader who can confidently manage competing priorities, develop people and improve services within a complex healthcare environment. You bring strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills, with a genuine commitment to client and patient-focused service.
