About this team

Under the supervision and direction of the Operations Manager and the Warehouse Operations Supervisor, the Warehouse Associate will provide a supporting role to the Distribution Centre operations in respect to picking, packing, counting, receiving, shipping and restocking of inventory.

A Day in the life:

- You will report to the Distribution Centre Warehouse Operations Supervisor
- You lift product or boxes up to 15kgs and occasionally up to 20kgs
- You meet or exceed engineered metrics within each department i.e. units picked per hour
- You are capable of adapting to third party technologies (RF Guns and Voice Picking)
- You support and perform audits during inventory counts
- You encourage and maintain a safe work environment
- You will be responsible for basic operation of computer systems and stock counters
- You encourage and foster a spirit of personal development and entrepreneurship
- You keep the warehouse neat and organized at all times, and adhere to warehouse floor policies and safety measures
- You are adaptable to a busy, noisy and occasionally hot/cold environment




- You complete other duties as assigned by Management

Skills:

- You have the ability to communicate clearly and objectively, aiding to the success of the team
- You have strong organizational, prioritising, problem solving and counting skills
- You are detail oriented
- You are physically fit and able to perform manual duties regularly
