As part of an expanding Finance function, they are seeking a driven FP&A; Analyst to join their team and play a key role in supporting strategic decision-making across the business.
About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially-minded finance skilled to gain broad exposure across budgeting, forecasting, and business partnering in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to deliver insightful analysis that directly influences business strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly management reporting, budgets, and rolling forecasts
- Conduct variance analysis and provide commentary on business performance
- Partner with department heads to support decision-making and drive commercial outcomes
- Build and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and growth planning
- Assist with the annual budgeting cycle and long-term strategic planning process
- Identify process improvement opportunities and support automation of reporting
- Prepare board and executive-level presentations
About You
- CA/CPA qualified (or working towards) with a relevant degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting
- 2+ years' experience in an FP&A;, commercial finance, or management accounting role
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with financial modelling and reporting tools (e.g. Power BI, TM1, Adaptive Insights) highly regarded
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and the confidence to business partner with non-finance stakeholders
- A proactive, growth mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
