About the Role
We are seeking a Site Administrator to support daily operations through efficient coordination and administrative support. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate data management, smooth purchasing processes, and timely reporting to support operational delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Job sheet data entry
- Timesheet and contingent worker administration
- Job costing and document preparation for invoicing
- General purchasing support
- Internal and external reporting
- Provide leave coverage and support cross-training within the team
- General administrative support to Operations
Skills and Experience Required
- Strong attention to detail
- Valuable organisational and problem-solving skills
- Experience with: SAP (or similar), SuccessFactors, EmployeeHub, Google Workspace, Ariba
- Clear communication skills (in person and remote)
- Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines
- Team player with the ability to work independently
- Comfortable working across multiple systems and adapting to change
- Basic to intermediate spreadsheet skills
- Previous experience in a similar role (desirable)
- Accounts knowledge (desirable)
Requirements
- Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol test
- Police clearance
- Valid drivers licence and reliable transport
