As an accredited Driver Trainer you would be engaged by My driving school as an independent contractor, this enables you to build your business inside of our business. We become a team, where our responsibilities are to market the business, support our instructors and provide ongoing training or assistance as required.

Applicants must be at least 21 years of age to be eligible for this driving instructor position.

Either current Queensland driving instructor accreditation or willingness to undertake training for accreditation is acceptable.

Your role is to be the very best you can be, training students to drive in a protected, responsible and respectful manner. You choose when you want to work and for how long, and what areas you want to service.

As an accredited Driver Trainer, your purpose is to explore the fundamentals of safe and defensive driving techniques, the importance of car control and build the confidence of your student through a variety of different coaching methods to match the learning needs of each individual.

We are expanding our business and therefore we are looking for suitable people in Stanthorpe and Brisbane.

Essential characteristics include:

2) Optimistic, positive attitudes

3) Preparedness to be re-trained in the specifics of driving

4) A can-do attitude

5) The ability to maintain a calm nature even under a little pressure
