With a range of morning, afternoon and night shifts available across Monday to Sunday, there are opportunities to find a schedule that works for you.

As part of a dedicated local team, you’ll help create a safe, welcoming and home-like workplace for our residents. You’ll be responsible for:

- Assisting with personal care such as showering and dressing
- Supporting day-to-day activities including meals, mobility and social activities
- Building meaningful relationships with residents and getting to know what matters to them
- Working alongside our clinical team to ensure care plans are followed
- Maintaining accurate documentation and working collaboratively to support residents’ health and wellbeing
- Providing high-quality care and service to residents, their families and our local community

To be successful in this role you’ll need:





- A Certificate III in Aged Care (or equivalent)
- Preference will be given to PCAs who have completed medication-competency training as part of their Certificate III or Certificate IV studies
- A kind heart and genuine passion for providing high-quality care to older people
- A warm and respectful approach and confidence interacting with a wide variety of people
- Good communication skills
- A reliable, positive and supportive team attitude
- An understanding of workplace health and safety
- Willingness to apply for a Police Check and NDIS clearance
