Job Description

The Student Services & Experience Officer – Activities (SSEO-Activities) role ensures student experiences remain at the heart of Navitas English’s operations. Through providing a high-level of student support and administration services and gathering and sharing student feedback with the Student Services & Experience Manager (SSEM), the SSEO-Activities guarantees students receive a welcoming and high standard of service throughout their period of study with Navitas English. The Student Services & Experience Officer – Activities (SSEO-Activities) role ensures student experiences remain at the heart of Navitas English’s operations. Qualifications

Essential:

- Commitment to providing a high standard of customer service with previous experience in a busy environment
- Solid customer service focus when dealing with potential clients
- Culturally sensitive and patient with an approach to understand student/ customer needs
- Qualification and/ or a keen interest in sports and outdoor activities
- Ability to work within a team and independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise work
- Proficient in MS Office and experience in social media posting
- High school certificate or higher
- First Aid Certificate

Desirable:

- Knowledge of the English language industry
- Experience in an administration role and/ or a sport orientated role
- Experience using a student management system
- A second language
