About the role

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Bid Estimator to join a high-performing Business Development team. This role will be responsible for developing accurate pricing, labour, resource, and financial models that support competitive tender submissions and commercial decision-making. Working closely with operational, commercial, and finance stakeholders, you will play a key role in delivering profitable and sustainable service solutions across a diverse portfolio of contracts.

Key responsibilities include:

- Develop and maintain pricing, labour, resource, and financial models for tenders, renewals, and repricing activities.
- Analyse client requirements, site information, and operational inputs to create commercially viable service solutions.
- Identify commercial risks, cost drivers, and optimisation opportunities, providing recommendations to key stakeholders.




- Conduct site inspections and scope assessments to validate requirements and gather critical estimating information.
- Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, and Business Development teams to ensure accurate and compliant bid submissions

About you

To be successful in this role, you will have experience in estimating, pricing, financial modelling, or a similar analytical role, combined with advanced Excel skills and strong commercial acumen. It is preferred to have previous experience within Facilities Management, in particular cleaning and soft services, although this is not essential.

You will be a confident communicator with the ability to analyse financial data, engage with stakeholders, and deliver commercially sound outcomes, ideally within facilities management or a related outsourced services environment.
