The role:

Are you passionate about coffee and looking to be part of a thriving coffee business? Join us as our Production Warehouse Operator, where you’ll play a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting our production and supply chain operations. This is a great opportunity to become part of a rapid-paced team and contribute to the efficient day-to-day operation of our warehouse and production activities.

You’ll be responsible for :

- Safely loading and unloading trucks, raw materials, and packaging using forklifts, reach trucks, and other material handling equipment.
- Verifying documentation against deliveries and dispatches.
- Safely unloading green bean bulk bags and hessian sacks from trucks and putting away into satellite racking.
- Collecting finished goods from production, wrapping and labelling pallets, and accurately storing them in designated warehouse locations.




- Supporting production operations by ensuring materials are available and supplied to manufacturing when required.
- Maintaining inventory accuracy through stock counts, stock rotation, and accurate record keeping.
- Where required, accurately pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for dispatch.
- Undertaking additional warehouse and production duties as directed by the Team Leader or Manager.

About you:

We’re seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic individual with experience in production and warehousing within the manufacturing and FMCG space. You’re attentive to detail, thrive in a fast-paced workplace, and are known for your reliability and “can-do” attitude. Strong communication, time management, and teamwork skills are essential, and you adapt quickly to change while upholding quality and safety standards. You’ll also hold a current, valid forklift licence with experience operating a reach truck.

This is a full-time, permanent position, working 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 6:00am to 2:00pm, based at our Preston location.
