Ausbright Electrical Solutions (Ausbright) delivers specialist electrical services supporting Department of Defence maritime sustainment activities. We are seeking experienced and qualified Electricians to join our Perth team on a full-time basis.
Working across Defence and maritime environments, you will undertake electrical maintenance, fault finding, installations, and project work while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and professionalism. Occasional interstate travel may be required to support customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform electrical maintenance, fault finding, and installation work in a marine environment.
• Adhere to Ausbright, Defence, and Prime Contractor policies and procedures.
• Promote and maintain a robust safety culture and safe work practices.
• Deliver high-quality workmanship and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Lead and support other electricians and trades personnel as directed.
Essential Requirements
• Current Electrical Licence.
• Construction White Card.
• Current First Aid & CPR certification.
• Current Low Voltage Rescue certification.
• Current Australian Driver’s Licence.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Defence BASELINE Security Clearance.
Desirable Qualifications & Experience
• Working at Heights and Confined Space Entry certifications.
• High Risk Work Licences and additional WHS training.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude.
• Minimum 4 years' electrical construction experience and/or 2 years' experience in the marine industry.
