The Role

- Manage electrical D&C; projects from award through to completion.
- Oversee design coordination, procurement, budgets, forecasting and project programmes.
- Manage site teams, subcontractors, consultants and suppliers.
- Liaise closely with clients, builders and key project stakeholders.
- Manage variations, commercial performance and project reporting.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to a high standard.
- Drive strong project outcomes while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

About You





- 5+ years' experience as an Electrical Project Manager within commercial or industrial construction.
- Strong Design & Construct experience, ideally across warehouses, logistics or industrial facilities.
- NSW Electrical Licence with strong technical electrical knowledge.
- Proven ability to manage projects across design, procurement, construction and handover.
- Strong commercial understanding across budgets, forecasting, variations and P&L.;
- Confident managing clients, builders, consultants and subcontractors.
