We are seeking a motivated and reliable Print Machine Operator to join our growing team. This role is suited to someone who enjoys hands-on work in a fast-paced production environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality results. The successful candidate will assist with day-to-day print production operations, finishing, packing, and general production duties.
Key responsibilities
- Operate production equipment using varying substrates
- Prepare, pack, and dispatch completed orders
- Conduct quality checks to ensure production standards are maintained
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment
- Be able to meet deadlines and daily targets
- General warehouse and production duties as required
About you
- Previous experience in print production, manufacturing, signage,
or warehouse environments highly regarded but not essential
- A desire and a drive to learn
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks
- Forklift licence advantageous but not essential
