About the role

This is a hands-on treatment role where you'll have the opportunity to build robust relationships with our established client base and deliver a high standard of treatments and service.

Basq Urban Spa & Beauty is an established urban day spa with a strong reputation for exceptional treatments, beautiful client experiences and a genuine focus on skin, wellness and self-care.
We offer a diverse treatment menu including advanced skin treatments, HydraFacial, skin needling, LED, RF, IPL, massage, lymphatic treatments, beauty and spa therapies.

Key responsibilities

- Performing a range of beauty, spa and skin treatments

- Providing exceptional and personalised client experiences

- Skin consultations and recommending appropriate home-care

- Retail and treatment recommendations

- Maintaining high standards of hygiene and presentation

- Working collaboratively with our team

- Participating in ongoing training and professional development

- Contributing to the warm, welcoming and professional environment at Basq

About you

- Qualified in Beauty Therapy or a related field

- Previous industry experience

- Confident performing treatments independently

- Excellent customer service and communication skills

- Takes pride in their work and presentation





- Passionate about skin, beauty and wellness

- Genuine interest in learning and developing skills

- Reliable, organised and takes initiative

- Enjoys working as part of a close-knit team

- Experience with advanced skin treatments, massage, HydraFacial, skin needling or other dermal technologies is highly regarded
