The Role

The Project Coordinator will use their project scheduling, coordinating and administrative experience within the Utilities team and oversee project delivery of electrical, civil and pole to pit projects, ensuring that these works are completed in a safe, timely manner and to a high standard.

- Organise relevant HSE requirements for Pole to Pit works;

- Organise site access, site logistics and ordering required materials;

- Scheduling of electrical and civil contractors on a daily basis;

- Scheduling traffic management;





- Organising permanent reinstatement contractors for relevant pole to pit works;

- Ensure subcontractor accountability for HSE matters, delivery timeline and quality workmanship;

- Utilising internal project management systems (BuildPass, Trello and SimPro);

- Goods receipting and preparing invoices for clients in a timely manner;

- Submitting close-out documentation to the client.

- Skills & Experience

The successful candidate will be able to problem solve, have a proactive work ethic coupled with the following qualifications, experience and attributes:

- Qualification in project coordination or similar discipline;

- Ideally three years' experience in construction/project coordination;

- Sound scheduling experience;

- Confident and competent using MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project);

- Superior attention to detail with exceptional organisational skills and capabilities;

- Superior verbal and written communication skills;

- Ability to work autonomously;

- Victorian Driver’s License essential;

- Construction White Card Essential.
