Our cleaners are responsible for a range of duties and work to agreed schedules to deliver an exceptionally high standard of work. We are currently seeking a full-time cleaner to join our team in Port Macquarie, NSW.
Key responsibilities
- Cleaning of all touch points (taps, bubblers, handrails, door handles, bathrooms etc.)
- Mopping, sweeping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Maintenance of stock supplies and orders
- Spot cleaning
- Washroom cleaning
- Ensuring compliance with company procedures
- Creating a positive and safe working environment
About you
- Extensive cleaning experience including the use of equipment such as scrubbers and burnishers
- Prior retail cleaning experience
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills applicable in a agile work environment
- Ability to work unsupervised and be self-motivated
- High standard of presentation
- Personable with exceptional time management skills, and the ability to engage a diverse range of people
- Good communication and time management skills
- An eye for detail and being proactive
- Trustworthy and reliable
- Reliable, punctual, and well presented
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Commitment to long-term employment
- Experience in reporting including cleaning audits
