We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail oriented team member to join our Norwest office and kickstart their career in strata management. Based in the heart of Norwest, with easy access to the Metro, you’ll be mentored by experienced Associate Directors and Senior Strata Managers while completing your Certificate IV in Strata Management. Through our Beaumont Property Group Training Academy, you’ll gain practical, on the job skills and build a clear pathway to becoming a Strata Manager.
What will your day look like?
- Prepare agendas, budgets and minutes in line with legislative requirements
- Draft and send correspondence to owners, committees and stakeholders
- Manage and track repairs, maintenance and contractor works
- Support managers with defects, remedial works and legal matters
- Maintain compliance calendars (e.g. fire safety, insurance, lift servicing)
- Read, interpret and apply relevant legislation
- Assist with other ad hoc matters to support your team
As your knowledge grows, you’ll become the first point of contact for a small number of schemes. From there, you’ll build your own portfolio and progress into a Strata Manager role when you’re ready.
About you
- We are seeking someone who brings:
- Current driver licence and reliable vehicle
- Certificate of Registration (or willingness to obtain)
- Willingness to complete a Certificate IV in Strata Management
- Strong attention to detail and work ethic
- Excellent written and spoken English; a second language is an advantage
- Eagerness to learn and a proactive mindset
