Opportunity for Architects to support Infrastructure/Rail projects - work on meaningful, city-shaping projects while developing your skills within a highly collaborative and supportive environment

Opportunity to join a globally recognised, top-tier studio with a strong pipeline of complex, design-led projects. You'll be working alongside some of the industry’s best, contributing to high-profile, technically challenging developments across a range of sectors including Infrastructure.

This role offers the chance to work within a supportive, multidisciplinary environment and gain exposure to landmark projects. Previous experience in large-scale, high-quality projects will be highly regarded, along with strong coordination and detailing skills.

Key responsibilities

- Contribute to the design and development of large-scale, complex projects

- Work closely with Project Leads and senior team members throughout all project stages

- Develop high-quality design and documentation packages

- Coordinate effectively with consultants, contractors and external stakeholders

- Assist in resolving complex technical and design issues

- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across design and documentation stages

- Ensure projects are developed in accordance with relevant project requirements, codes and standards

- Build expertise within a particular sector while gaining exposure to a diverse range of project types

Skills and experience

- Highly proficient in Revit

- Previous experience within a leading or Tier 1 architecture practice

- Experience working on large-scale, complex projects

- Robust design sensibility and attention to detail

- Solid knowledge of the BCA/NCC and Australian Standards

- Good understanding of construction and documentation processes





- Experience across multiple project stages, from concept design through to documentation

- Strong coordination and consultant liaison skills

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

- Ability to work confidently both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

- Proactive attitude with a genuine enthusiasm for design, technical excellence and project delivery
