This is a fantastic prospect for a proven BDM looking to step into a larger, established agency with a strong market presence, an extensive client base and genuine inbound lead flow.
Rather than relying solely on cold prospecting, you’ll benefit from opportunities generated across the wider sales and property management teams, while still having the autonomy to build your own pipeline.

The Role
You’ll focus on growing the rent roll through inbound opportunities, referrals, relationship building and your own business development activity.
You’ll manage rental appraisals, build relationships with landlords and investors, convert new management opportunities and work closely with the wider team to maximise new business.
About You
We’re looking for an experienced real estate BDM with a proven ability to win new managements, build relationships and convert opportunities.
