Dental Receptionists

Be the first point of contact for patients, manage appointments, process payments,



answer calls, maintain records, and provide excellent customer service.

We’re seeking candidates who are:

- Experienced in dental, healthcare, or a similar customer-facing environment
- Professional, organised, and reliable
- Confident communicating with patients and team members
- Able to work in a fast-paced practice environment
- Friendly, proactive, and team-oriented
- Knowledgeable in dental software such as D4W, EXACT, or Oasis, highly regarded
