Role Overview:

As a Senior Revit Designer, you play a vital role in our team, contributing to the engineering leadership, planning and execution of designs across projects. This position ensures the design output aligns with client needs, project goals, and company standards. The role is central to the success of projects by combining strategic design thinking, technical expertise and leadership skills to deliver innovative and functional design outcomes with project deadline.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide creative leadership, setting the vision and direction for design projects
- Oversee design output to ensure it meets guidelines, project requirements and industry standards
- Prepare design documentation and supporting materials for audits, inspections, and submissions
- Develop and maintain project design plans, ensuring integration with broader project schedules
- Track progress against milestones, proactively identifying risks or delays and reporting to senior management
- Manage resource allocation across the design team to maximise productivity and efficiency
- Engage with Engineering, QA/QC, Manufacturing and Operations teams to align design activities with project goals
- Foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, accountability and continuous learning
- Identify opportunities and implement improvements to streamline design workflows and processes

Skills & Experience:

- At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Revit/MEP experience
- Planning and delivery experience
