They're after a Site Supervisor who can take a job, a crew and a set of drawings, and make it happen.About The OpportunityThe primary purpose of this position is to run one site at a time and own everything that happens on it — the crew, the plant, the weekly program, and the quality that gets handed over.
Some of your responsibilities will include:Planning and running the daily works — crew, plant, materials and set-outRunning prestarts and toolbox talks, and keeping safety systems currentManaging quality on the ground — ITPs, hold points and conformanceCoordinating subcontractors — traffic control, kerbing,



asphalt and fencingKeeping paperwork straight — diaries, plant hours, dockets and variationsAbout YouThe successful candidate will have:A current Queensland driver's licence and Construction White CardSolid supervisory experience on civil sites with a contractorSubdivision experience — earthworks, drainage, kerb and channel, roadworksTMR project experience — MRTS specifications, ITPs and lot conformanceGenuine safety leadership and hands‐on plant capability when neededHighly regarded:HR licence, machine tickets, first aid or traffic control awarenessTrade background — plant operator, pipelayer or roadworksService station construction — tank pits, footings and forecourt slabsRemote, island or wet‐season project experienceWhat's in it for You?
