Key ResponsibilitiesManage client onboarding,



service requests and correspondenceCoordinate workflows across tax, business services and advisory projectsPrepare proposals, scope of work, and client reportsLiaise with clients and external stakeholders to keep projects movingTrack deadlines, compliance requirements and deliverablesSupport Directors and Advisors with administration and organisationDrive adoption and refinement of the firm's Refreshed Workflow system
SkillsMinimum 2 years experience in professional services (accounting, financial planning or legal)Robust organisational and coordination skillsExcellent communication and client service focusConfident using Microsoft Office, CRMs and practice management systemsCollaborative, proactive and growth-oriented mindsetReady to step into a role where you can grow and love coming to work?
