suppliers and internal teamsPreparing sales documentation and reportsSupporting marketing activity, communications, events and campaignsHelping improve processes, templates and administrative workflowsManaging multiple priorities while ensuring deadlines are metAbout youWe're looking for someone who is:Experienced in sales coordination, sales administration, commercial support or a similar roleHighly organised with robust attention to detailConfident communicating with customers and internal stakeholdersComfortable working with CRM systems and Microsoft OfficeProactive and comfortable following up actions through to completionAble to manage competing priorities in a busy environmentIdeally experienced within technology, AV, professional services or another B2B environmentThe right person will be practical, commercially minded and happy to get involved across a variety of tasks rather than being restricted to one area.
