We are seeking experienced HVAC Site Managers to join major Tier 1 commercial construction projects across Perth.
$130K – $170K + Super + Vehicle + Perks & Relocation Packages Provided
You will be responsible for the in office delivery of $10M+ D&C; HVAC packages, coordinating trades, subcontractors and site activities to ensure projects are delivered safely, onprogramme and to a high standard.
Projects include healthcare, defence, government, education, airports, hotels, data centers and major commercial developments.
Key Responsibilities




Manage day-to-day HVAC installation and site deliveryCoordinate trades, subcontractors and site resourcesMonitor programme, quality, safety and progressRead and interpret HVAC drawings and specificationsLiaise with Project Managers, Engineers, consultants and buildersResolve site issues and assist with variations and technical queries
Requirements
Minimum 4 years' HVAC / mechanical construction experience in Australia, Recent Zealand or the UKPrevious Tier 1 commercial construction experience highly desirableStrong understanding of HVAC installation, drawings and construction processes.Trade qualification, engineering qualification or relevant industry experience.Strong leadership and communication skills.
