You will be working in a busy, yet motivated Credit Team who are close knit and large in size, reporting into the Credit Manager.We have previously placed candidates in this team and wider organisation before and all have remained very happy with their roles and the culture.The Responsibilities: Reporting directly into the Credit Manager you will be responsible for end-to-end credit tasks including:Managing a portfolio of customer accounts and maintaining the Accounts Receivable ledgerConducting high-volume debt collection via phone and emailMonitoring aged debt and overdue accounts, following up outstanding paymentsReconciling customer accounts and investigating unallocated/unreconciled paymentsResolving customer billing, invoice and account queriesIssuing customer statements and assisting with invoice/credit note processingAssisting with credit assessments,



credit limits and account managementManaging accounts on credit hold and releasing orders where appropriatePreparing aged debt, collections and AR reporting for managementMaintaining accurate customer master data and account recordsSupporting month-end reconciliations and reportingEnsuring compliance with internal credit policies and proceduresBuilding robust relationships with internal stakeholders and external customers to maximise cash collectionIdentifying opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within the Credit/AR functionAbout you:Experience with SAP is preferred - although any experience with a large ERP system is considered.Ability to work autonomously within a larger and supportive teamStrong sense of ownership.Demonstrate the ability to build solid qualified relationships.Effective and adaptive communication skills.Motivated, driven and a team-player.Advantages:2 days Work From HomeCompetitive salaryFlexibilityGenuine work-life balance, career development, job security and a very supportive team.
