We're looking for a passionate Lead Educator to join our team at Busy Learners Early Education Centre.
Location: Inala
Hours: Monday–Friday | Up to 38 hours per week
Pay: From $*/hr + Super for qualified applicants
About the Role
As a Lead Educator, you'll have the chance to lead your room with creativity and confidence, inspire your team and create meaningful learning experiences for children.
You will:
Lead engaging curriculum planning and educational programs for children aged 0–5Mentor, guide and support your fellow educatorsCreate protected, inclusive and inspiring learning environmentsBuild genuine relationships with children and familiesSupport high‐quality practices and regulatory compliance
What We're Looking For




Diploma in Early Childhood Education and CareCurrent Blue CardStrong knowledge of curriculum and educational programmingConfidence to lead, mentor and inspire a teamA genuine passion for early childhood education
