The salary for this position is A$90,000 to A$110,000 per year.In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting our workforce and aligning our HR practices with our overall business objectives.
You will work closely with management and staff to foster a high-performance culture suited to the fast-paced building contracting setting.Key responsibilities include:Develop, implement, and review human resources policies and procedures to support Cappah's operational needs.Provide qualified advice and support to managers on recruitment, training,
