NSW Health SESLHD is seeking an experienced Scheduler Administration Intake Officer for the SAS Program at Sutherland Hospital.
This permanent full time role provides high-level administrative support, interfaces between aged care assessors and the My Aged Care Portal, and supports a multidisciplinary team to deliver timely assessments.You will manage referrals, prepare reports, and communicate with referrals, clients and health colleagues.
