Construction Officer - Utilities ConstructionAbout the roleWe are seeking a dedicatedConstruction Officer (Utilities Construction).
This role offers an exciting prospect to be involved in essential utility projects, contributing to the development and maintenance of critical infrastructure.
You will be responsible for working as part of a team to construct and maintain water and wastewater infrastructure, operate plant and machinery, and deliver high-quality customer service to support productive utilities operations.
This includes supporting with a water hydrant maintenance program.
This is a casual role offering full time hours, between 6:30am to 4:40pm, 4 days per week (Tuesday to Friday).
DutiesOversee and coordinate utility construction projects to ensure timely and efficient deliveryConduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety and quality standardsLiaise with contractors, stakeholders, and team members to facilitate smooth project executionMonitor project progress, budgets, and schedules, providing updates to managementPrepare and review technical documentation, reports, and relevant permitsSupport project planning, implementation,



and close-out activitiesSkills and ExperienceExperience in and ability to perform a range of physical labouring duties.Class MR driver licence.Work Safely in the Construction Industry Induction ticket (white card).
