We are looking for a proactive and self-driven co-ordinator to join our team, someone who enjoys organising people's schedules, likes problem solving, all while delivering outstanding customer service.Key responsibilitiesCo-ordinate and schedule daily rosters to field staffCo-ordinate subcontractors across QueenslandDeliver exceptional internal and external customer serviceEnsure jobs are delivered to meet customer KPI'sAssist with reporting and demonstrate robust software skillsManage general incoming quote requests,



work orders and projectsReconcile and oversee client portals and current client worksheetsHandle final invoicing submissions with accuracyManage technicians' daily job cards and run sheetsUpload job details to the web-based portal (Simpro)About youMinimum 2 years' experience in a similar roleBackground in service coordination, scheduling or project administration for construction industryStrong attention to detailAbility to multitask and manage prioritiesForward thinker with the ability to thrive in a high-volume environmentStrong communication and negotiation skills and initiative taking capabilityAbility to thrive in a busy, team-oriented environmentExperience with Simpro is advantageous, but not essentialCompetitive salary of $75,000 - $85,000 per annum + SuperannuationBanyo location with easy access to motor way and Banyo eateriesAbout usAt Edge Industries, we value dedication, hard work and a "can-do attitude".
