This role would be ideal for someone who likes mentoring and educating staff.OverviewHead Office based role – North Brisbane (hybrid options once embedded into the role)Full time role – Monday-FridayThis role doesn't have any direct reports so no management duties involvedNo-on call dutiesReporting and working closely alongside the Quality Manager (who is fantastic and very down to earth!)Aged Care Community experience is ESSENTIAL (residential aged care experience won't be considered)A little bit of travel now and then to deliver training to staff (occasional 2-day visit to different locations but not very often)$110k-$115k + superBrief Overview of DutiesProviding coaching and mentoring to individuals and groups of staffAct as a mentor and give direction to the RN's and Clinical Coordinators across the businessData analysis, creating and updating policies, procedures and processesAbility to identify and manage risksRequirementsAHPRA Registered Nurse required7+ years as an RN in AustraliaAt least 5+ years as an RN in Community Aged Care / Home Care - ESSENTIALRecent knowledge of the changes to SAHSolid clinical judgement requiredExperience with developing policies, procedures and clinical programs - highly desirableAged Care Community experience is ESSENTIAL (residential aged care experience won't be considered)Experience being able to coach and mentor staffFast-paced role so you will need the ability to multi tasksYou must be IT Savvy to support developing and maintaining the Electronic Client Health Records and web-based applications.NO SPONSORSHIP
