Join an established national building services organisation where you'll coordinate technicians across planned maintenance, routine testing, reactive call-outs and breakdowns within a busy fire services team.What You'll Be DoingPrevious fire industry experience is essential for this opportunity.Schedule technicians across planned maintenance, routine testing and reactive call-outsCoordinate urgent breakdowns and adjust schedules as priorities changeLiaise with customers and technicians regarding bookings, attendance and job progressRaise and close jobs, purchase orders and organise required parts and materialsSupport timesheets, monthly invoicing and accurate service documentationWhat we're looking forPrevious experience as a Service Scheduler, Service Coordinator or Maintenance CoordinatorPrevious experience within the fire protection or fire services industryExperience coordinating field technicians within a service and maintenance environmentStrong organisation skills and confidence managing competing prioritiesExperience using an ERP, scheduling or job management systemStrong Microsoft Office skills,



including ExcelExcellent customer service and communication skillsKnowledge of AS or the AFSS process would be highly regarded, while experience using Uptick or Pronto would also be advantageous.Full Australian Working Rights Are Required.Why consider this prospect?
