Job DescriptionIdec Solutions are seeking to employ suitably qualified Structural Engineer to join our busy team of specialists working out of our Murarrie depot.
To succeed in this position, you will need to have industry related experience within similar positions, a robust work ethic and solid safety focus.
The ability to carry out work with minimal supervision and have a keen and enthusiastic approach to your work.
The Role: Ensure design and documentation complies with relevant Australian Standards and engineering requirements of BCA.
Prepare engineering designs for projects as required.
Prepare quote designs in an accurate and timely manner.
Undertake site visits and inspections as required.
Prepare engineering design and construction certificates.
Check engineering design drawings.
Maintain / develop standard design manuals, engineering software, and in-house calculations.
Maintain Library.
Key Selection Criteria: A degree (preferably Master's) in Engineering.
Experience in similar role preferred.
Ability to work autonomously and take ownership for your work.
Salary: Between $79,499 and $82,000 per annum + Super
