This is a permanent Full-Time role where you will lead a team of cleaners to ensure that the cleanliness of the facility is maintained to a high standard along with ongoing development of our services.Reporting to the Manager, you will use your cleaning experience to deliver:Daily cleaning within nonproduction environmentProvide cleaning services on the sites as per contractual requirements to ensure continued customer satisfactionVisual inspections and audits of the facilityPlanning and coordinating effective cleaning activities with the teamScheduling rosters to ensure continuity of serviceTraining team members including conducting safety meetings and coaching as requiredPositive and helpful interactions with our clientTo be considered for this role you must have:Previous experience in commercial cleaningAbility and experience to use cleaning machinery and train othersProven leadership in a team environmentSelf-motivated and reliable,
