This is a hands-on role assisting qualified tradespeople with a variety of tasks onsite.The role suits someone safety-focused, physically capable, and willing to take direction while gaining exposure to a range of engineering and maintenance activities.Key ResponsibilitiesAssisting tradesmen on site at Leppington with general workshop tasksWrapping and preparing materials for transportOperating forklifts and overhead cranesKeeping the workshop and work areas clean,



tidy and organisedMoving and handling materials and equipment safelyAssisting with basic maintenance and trades related duties when requiredFollowing all workplace health and safety proceduresSupporting machinists, fitters and other tradespeople as requiredSkills and ExperiencePrevious experience as a Trades Assistant or labourer is preferredA current Forklift licence is essentialOverhead crane experience is highly regardedStrong safety awareness and ability to follow proceduresReliable, hands on, willing to learn and be able to work as part of a teamWillingness to work across various client sitesWhat We OfferCompetitive hourly ratesNo two days are the sameSupportive and safety-focused team environmentOpportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop trade skills
