Multi Energetic Ingleburn is looking for an experienced Property Manager to join our team.We're after someone who knows property management, is confident in what they do and can hit the ground running.You'll be working alongside a maintenance officer and leasing officer managing a shared portfolio.

Key responsibilitiesOversee the day to day operations of the entire portfolioDevelop and maintain solid relationships with landlords, tenants, tradespeopleManage rent reviews, lease renewals, increase and terminationsPrepare claims, finalize bonds and represent clients at NCAT hearingsStay up to date with property legislation and ensure full compliance across portfolioProactively handle rental arrears,



ensuring timely follow-ups and resolutionsHandle email and phone enquiriesEnter invoicesAbout youMinimum 3 years' experience managing residential portfolios at a senior levelHold a current NSW Real Estate Licence (MUST BE VALID)Possess a reliable vehicle and valid driver's licenceWell-presented with exceptional communication and interpersonal skillsHighly organised with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilityProficient with property management software (PropertyTree, Inspection Express)Experience in the Real Estate Industry is essentialMonday to Friday role – no weekend work requiredWork with an award winning agency and well established teamStrong internal culture focused on support, success, and long-term growthContinuous career development and access to industry-leading trainingSupportive & energetic office environmentThis is a chance to join a small office that believes in rewarding challenging work, as a business they pride themselves on looking after their staff.
