and energetic personalityA solid ability to achieve and exceed KPIs while following company systems and processesExcellent teamwork and communication skills with a results-driven mindsetStrong attention to detail and administrative capabilityExperience in conflict resolution and member engagementA genuine passion for health, fitness, and member experienceEligibility RequirementsMinimum 1 year experience in a customer-facing role (fitness industry experience highly regarded)Current First Aid and CPR certification, or willingness to obtain within the first two weeks of employmentCurrent Blue Card, or willingness to obtain within the first two weeks of employmentStrong passion and knowledge of the fitness industry
