Mid-Weight Designer (Full-time, Southern Highlands based)Insurance Investment Solutions – Bowral NSWThis is a full-time role, working five days per week from our Southern Highlands office.
You'll work across brand, digital, social and print, taking ideas from concept through to finished execution across a diverse mix of clients and projects.
You'll also be joining at an exciting time as the agency is in the process of evolving its own brand and building the next chapter of the business, with plenty of chance to contribute creatively.Key responsibilitiesDeveloping creative concepts and bringing them to life across multiple channelsCreating and evolving brand identities and visual systemsDesigning digital assets including websites, landing pages, display and digital advertisingCreating engaging social content across organic and paid channelsDesigning print collateral, presentations, proposals,



signage and campaign materialsWorking within existing client brand guidelinesPreparing finished artwork for digital and print productionCollaborating with the wider team to turn marketing strategies and ideas into robust creative workManaging multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-moving agency environmentAbout youMinimum 3 years' professional design experienceStrong all-round design skills across brand, digital, social and printA portfolio demonstrating both strong creative thinking and polished executionExcellent typography, layout and visual communication skillsA good understanding of preparing artwork for print and productionThe ability to work independently and take ownership of projectsStrong attention to detailThe ability to move comfortably between different clients, industries and brand stylesAgency experience is highly regardedWe're particularly interested in someone who can think beyond simply making things look good.
