This position emphasises culturally appropriate practises and community collaboration to facilitate better health access and outcomes.The successful candidate will work closely with clients to enhance their daily living skills, increase their social participation, and support their overall well-being.Ideal Candidate ProfileWe are seeking a compassionate and skilled individual who is dedicated to improving the lives of those in the community.
