You will be a key point of contact for clients, overseas agents, and service providers, ensuring smooth and effective shipment handling.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the shipments (Sea & Air) from the booking to the final deliveryArrange bookings with shipping lines, airlines and overseas agentsCoordinate operations, customs clearance, transport, and final delivery to clientsProvide exceptional customer service and proactive shipment communicationMonitor shipment progress and update tracking/status reportsRespond to queries from overseas agents, suppliers,



and clientsSupport the sales and forwarding team as requiredOperate daily functions using CargoWiseSkills & Experience3 + years' experience within the freight forwarding/logistics industryProven experience in import and export air & sea operationsStrong customer service background in freight forwardingFamiliarity and working knowledge of CargoWiseExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong attention to detail and organisational skillsAbility to liaise effectively with clients, suppliers, and overseas agentsReliable, hard-working, and a solid team playerWhat We OfferSupportive and professional working environmentOpportunity to join a secure business with long-term growthOn-site parking available
