You'll lead a small, established team and work closely with senior leadership to shape the function going forward.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement purchasing strategies aligned with company objectives across multiple international marketsSource, evaluate and select suppliers, negotiating contracts and terms to achieve optimal value and qualityManage supplier relationships,



including performance monitoring, issue resolution and continuous improvementPrepare and analyse purchasing reports, forecasts and vendor performance metrics to support decision makingMaintain inventory levels and coordinate with operations to ensure adequate stock availabilityIdentify opportunities to reduce costs, improve efficiency and enhance procurement processesOversee supplier quality management and ensure adherence to specifications and delivery schedulesAbout YouStrong experience in purchasing and/or supply chain management, furniture, bulky goods or manufacturing background well regardedStrong understanding of international supply chains, ideally spanning across major international marketsDemonstrated negotiation skills with the ability to secure favourable terms and build cooperative supplier partnershipsProficiency in purchasing systems and ERP softwareComfortable working closely with senior leadership in a fast paced, hands on team environmentFormal supply chain qualifications valued but not essential where strong hands on experience is demonstrated
