Due to continued growth, they are looking for an Assistant Strata Manager to join their team.You will work closely with and support one experienced Strata Manager, assisting with a manageable portfolio of approximately 600 lots.
This is a outstanding opportunity to gain hands‐on experience across all aspects of strata management while receiving the mentoring needed to progress into a Strata Manager position.The business also offers excellent flexibility, including two days working from home per week.The role will include:Supporting one Strata Manager with a portfolio of approximately 600 lotsResponding to owner and committee enquiriesCoordinating maintenance, repairs and contractorsAssisting with preparation for AGMs, EGMs and committee meetingsAssisting with meeting minutes and follow-up actionsSupporting insurance, levies, budgets and compliance mattersLiaising with owners, committees,



contractors and suppliersMaintaining accurate records and ensuring matters are followed throughLearning all aspects of portfolio management with the opportunity to progressWhat we're looking for: Previous strata experience would be highly regarded, particularly within an Assistant Strata Manager or Strata Administration position.
