As a Customer Service Representative you will be the first point of contact for customers.
You will be responsible for processing orders, providing general information on products and resolving issues and complaints.We are looking for someone with superior attention to detail, excellent communication skills and is a solid team player.You will be highly organised, able to multi-task, focus on meeting deadlines and work well under pressure.The successful candidate will be friendly, personable, enjoy working in a close team workplace.Duties to be undertaken will include but not restricted to:Taking inbound phone callsReceiving,



confirming and processing ordersFollowing up and tracking back ordersHandling enquiries and complaintsArranging freight and delivery requirements for clientsLiaising with other departments within the teamMaintaining customer recordsProviding support to the Sales RepsGeneral administrative tasksIdeally you would need to have:Minimum 2 years experience in a similar roleData entry and invoicing experienceBasic computer knowledgeAbility to take responsibilityAbility to prioritize and work well under pressureTime management skillsFlexible AttitudePleasant and friendly phone mannerExperience within a similar role along with data entry / invoicing skills is required.If you enjoy customer liaison and have the above experienceFriendly contemporary office located in Banksmeadow.Please note only successful applicants will be contacted for an interview.
